Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (2Brands Media GmbH, Forststraße 112, 50767 Köln, Germany, email: office@2brandsmedia.com) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. Refunds are processed through our payment service provider Paddle.

4. Notice Regarding Digital Content

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

6. Payment Processing Notice

Payment processing and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle processes all payment transactions on our behalf and is your contractual partner for payment processing.
