Plan Comparison — Free, Pro, Agency

Live, current limits and prices: /pricing. This guide explains the shape of each plan; the numbers there are canonical.

At a glance

Plan For whom Headline price
Free Solo freelancers, side-projects, evaluation $0/mo
Pro Growing freelancers + small teams $30/mo (or $300/yr — saves ~17%)
Agency Agencies running many client workspaces $90/mo (or $900/yr)

Free — $0

The free plan is permanent, no trial, no credit card. Designed to be genuinely useful for your first WordPress sites.

Includes:

  • 1 workspace, 3 WordPress sites
  • Site & update overview — data refreshes when you open the dashboard
  • One-click updates per site
  • Token push (3 definitions) + starter asset library (1 background, 1 element, 1 text effect)
  • Visitor analytics: 5,000 pageviews/month, 7-day history
  • 1 schedule board, activity log
  • Email support

Doesn’t include:

  • Scheduled monitoring — no background health checks (Pro checks every 5 minutes)
  • Realtime dashboard updates (you reload to see new state)
  • Bulk updates across all sites
  • External content sources (Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack)
  • Additional team members or client logins

Upgrade signal: more than 3 sites, wanting always-fresh monitoring instead of on-visit refresh, or your first bulk update across many sites — that’s Pro territory.

Pro — $30/mo

The most common plan for individual builders and small teams.

Adds over Free:

  • 25 WordPress sites, 6 team members
  • 5-minute health checks + realtime dashboard updates (WebSocket-pushed, no reload)
  • Bulk updates across all sites
  • Full asset library (unlimited backgrounds, elements, text effects), unlimited tokens
  • Visitor analytics: 100,000 pageviews/month, 90-day history
  • 3 external content sources (Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack)
  • 5 client logins (read-only views for end-customers)
  • 5 schedule boards, deep health-reports with full plugin/theme update inventory

Doesn’t include:

  • Multi-workspace (you’re still on a single workspace)
  • Developer console

Upgrade signal: when you want to onboard a second business unit, when you’re taking on agency work with multiple end-clients, or when per-client data isolation starts to matter — Agency.

Agency — $90/mo

Built for agencies running many client retainers in parallel.

Adds over Pro:

  • 100 WordPress sites, 10 workspaces, 16 members per workspace
  • 50 client logins per workspace — read-only client reporting at scale
  • Visitor analytics: 1M pageviews/month, 365-day history (full annual audit trail)
  • 10 external content sources
  • Per-workspace brand color + logo
  • Developer console

Use cases that justify Agency:

  • Agencies that want each end-customer in their own workspace
  • Compliance requirements that demand per-client data isolation
  • Any setup where different team members should see different scopes without cross-contamination

Switching plans

Upgrades

  • Take effect immediately
  • Pro-rated charge for the rest of the current billing period
  • New features unlock instantly; no need to log out / back in

Downgrades

  • Take effect at end of current billing period (you keep paid features until then)
  • Grandfathering: if your current usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits, your existing resources are protected for 90 days — Hubbee won’t auto-archive sites/workspaces/members
  • During the 90-day grace period, you can manually downsize to fit the new limits
  • After 90 days, oldest resources beyond the limit are auto-archived (recoverable for 30 more days), then permanently deleted

Cancellation

  • “Downgrade to Free” + “Cancel” are different
  • Downgrade keeps account active on Free
  • Cancel + Account-Delete wipes data within 30 days (except Paddle invoices, retained 10 years for tax compliance)

Yearly billing — when it makes sense

Yearly billing on Pro saves ~17% (10 months for the price of 12). It makes sense when:

  • You’ve been on Pro >3 months and aren’t planning to leave
  • You want to lock the current price (we increase prices occasionally for new sign-ups; existing yearly subs keep their rate until renewal)
  • You prefer one invoice per year for accounting

It does not make sense when:

  • You’re still evaluating
  • Your Plan-needs may shift mid-year (Pro → Agency upgrades pro-rate, but you’ll get a credit, not a refund)

What’s not affected by plan

These features are on every plan, including Free:

  • HMAC-signed pushes (security baseline, no compromise)
  • Versioned tokens with rollback
  • Site uninstallation hygiene (uninstall.php removes all data)
  • GDPR-compliant data handling
  • EU-hosted infrastructure
  • Open-source plugin (GPL v2)
  • Privacy-respecting telemetry (User-controllable via filters)
  • Full Activity Stream (retention period varies)

Frequently confused

Question Answer
Is Free a trial? No, permanent.
Do I get a card-required trial of Pro? No card required. Use Free indefinitely until you decide.
Refund policy? 30-day money-back guarantee on first paid month / first paid year.
Plan-version pinning? If we tighten limits in a future plan revision, your existing usage is grandfathered to the limits as of your subscription’s start date.
